A sweet resinous spice with a slightly bitter aftertaste and rich aroma. Originally found in India, cardamom makes its way across the world, to be used in cuisine, coffee, and fragrances.

Chocolate
A deep and rich gourmand note, rather bitter than sweet, has a buttery aroma and is produced from cocoa trees that grow in the tropical rainforests. The complex scent of chocolate comes from a blend of about 600 various compounds, and its value and quality are related to unique and complex flavors.
