Redemption Limitations
Customers may use up to two Gift Cards and/or eGift Cards per online order.
Why is a credit card required if I've entered my gift card information?
If your Gift Card or eGift Card doesn't cover the full order total—including sales tax and shipping fees—you'll need to provide an additional payment method, such as a credit/debit card or PayPal, for the remaining balance. Please note that currently, Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be combined with Klarna or Afterpay. On the Order Confirmation page, please review the payment details to ensure all information is correct.
Returning an Item Purchased with a Gift Card, eGift Card, or Store Merchandise Credit
Items bought with a Twisted Lily eGift Card are subject to our standard return policy. Refunds for returned items will be issued as an online credit (if returned by mail) or as another Gift Card or Store Merchandise Credit, depending on the original payment method.
Expiration/Deactivation
Twisted Lily eGift Cards do not expire, and no inactivity or service fees apply. However, Twisted Lily reserves the right to refuse to honor any card in the event of a disputed credit card charge or other failure of consideration.
Redemption
Twisted Lily eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise purchases exclusively at TwistedLily.com. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or used to purchase another Gift Card.
No Refunds
All sales of Gift Cards are final. Refunds are not permitted except as required by law.
No Resale
Reselling Twisted Lily eGift Cards without express written authorization is prohibited. Cards obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers, including those on internet auction sites, are not valid and will not be honored.
Fraud
Be aware that gift card scams and fraud are on the rise. Twisted Lily reserves the right to refuse to honor any card suspected of being obtained fraudulently. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of any card and will not replace or refund cards purchased and given to individuals engaged in fraud or scams.
Limitation of Warranties
Twisted Lily makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including but not limited to any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In the event a Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such card.
Legal Disputes; Class Action Waiver; Jury Trial Waiver
Please read this section carefully—it may significantly affect your legal rights, including your right to participate in a class action and to have a trial in front of a jury.
No Class Actions: Each party knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waives the right to participate in a class or collective action against the other party in any dispute or proceeding. All claims must be brought solely in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, consolidated action, representative action, or proceeding.
Waiver of Jury Trial: Each party knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all rights to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding for any disputes whatsoever between the parties, including but not limited to disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the relationship of the parties.
Choice of Law/Forum Selection
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Severability
The provisions of these terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner that makes them valid, legal, and enforceable. If any provision is found to be partially or wholly invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or restricted as necessary to render it valid, legal, and enforceable. If modification or restriction is not possible, the provision shall be excised from these terms without affecting the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
