1. Sponsor This Giveaway is sponsored by Twisted Lily LLC, located at 60 Honeck Street, Englewood, New Jersey 07631 ("Sponsor").
2. The Giveaway begins on 08/14/26 at 12:00AM CST and ends on 08/21/26 at 10:59PM CST. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be counted.
3. Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliated brands, agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter There are two ways to enter, and both are treated identically for purposes of the drawing: a. Landing page entry. Visit [twistedlily.com/pages/fragcon-2026] and select "Enter the $500 Shopping Spree Giveaway Only." No purchase, payment, or newsletter signup is required. b. Newsletter signup entry. Visit the same landing page and select "Get a Mystery Coupon + Entry," which requires signing up for the Twisted Lily email newsletter. Signing up automatically enters you into the Giveaway in addition to unlocking a mystery coupon. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method, for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. Prize One (1) winner will receive a Twisted Lily shopping spree valued at $500 USD, fulfilled as — digital gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. Actual value may vary. Giveaway items are final sale. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
7. The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 08/24/26, to be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry no later than 08/24/26. Winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days of the time it is sent, confirming acceptance of the prize. Winner may also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) within that same 7-day window. Failure to respond within 7 calendar days may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, at which point Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, subject to the same 7-day response requirement.
8. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
9. Publicity Release Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, in any media now known or hereafter devised, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Privacy Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at [twistedlily.com/policies/privacy-policy]. By entering, participants agree to the terms of that policy.
11. Taxes Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 if required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
13. Disputes / Governing Law This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Also consider whether Sponsor wants an arbitration clause here — flag for counsel.]
14. Winner's List For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Twisted Lily LLC, 60 Honeck Street, Englewood, New Jersey 07631, or email info@twistedlily.com, within thirty (30) calendar days of the drawing date.
